We are currently seeking customer-focused individuals to join our family as Flight Attendants who will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction for all Royal Jordanian passengers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats, helping with hand luggage or any seating problems.
- Making announcements and keeping passengers informed of any delays etc. and always being visible in the cabin to answer any passenger requests during the flight.
- Leading passengers in case of emergency and giving first aid to passengers when the need arises.
- Checking all passenger seat belts, check galleys and securing it before takeoff.
- Serving meals and refreshments to passengers as per company rules and regulations.
- Professionally demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use before every flight for all passengers

We are looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for our passengers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of passenger processing at the airport, from check-in and boarding to baggage handling and security protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct passenger check-ins within specified timeframes.
- Ensure check-in counters are operational and display all safety and security procedures.
- Follow procedures for boarding, accommodating crown class and special needs passengers.
- Announce flight-related information promptly.
- Handle baggage check-in and transfer procedures in line with time limitations.
- Record and process baggage claims (loss, delay, damage) as per airline agreements.
- Ensure that all necessary tags, forms, and documents are prepared and available.
- Manage delayed flights by following set procedures and assisting passengers.

Regularly review bookings to detect instances where passengers are booked into incorrect behavior.

Analyze past transactions to spot missed revenue opportunities and provide insights to avoid similar losses in the future.

- Performing all activities pertinent to transit & Amman Warehouse and ensuring a well physical conditions of warehouse and its equipment.
- Checking all incoming cargo AWBs and manifests and inserting all information of AWB into the computer and contacting cargo owners to inform them about the arrival of their shipments and issue delivery orders.
- Coordinating and preforming the operational function of transporting air export shipments from Amman to all accessible countries and positioning entails working directly with clients, agents and vendors to provide the highest level of services possible.
- Controlling and tracing all Dangerous goods & Special shipments, in addition to ensuring that all kind of Dangerous goods and Special shipments out of Amman are being accepted according to IATA rules and regulations.
- Handle all customer requirements/requests professionally and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Issue tickets and collect deposits or payments.
- Inform passengers of essential travel information, such as travel times and transportation connections.
- Make reservations for customers, explain rules and give quotes and fares.

- Supply constant communication services between the OCC and the Aircraft in accordance with OCC Manual.
- Relay all In-Flight technical defect messages promptly to Line Maintenance.
- Monitor efficiently and properly the Radio console operations and keep duty manager informed of all A/C radio contacts that would directly affect flights punctuality and aircraft rotation.
- Follow up with load control to ascertain that a signed load sheet is sent to the aircraft.
- Monitor all inbound traffic weather requests by operating crew through Fleet Watch and ACARS and keep them updated on any relevant deteriorating weather conditions at destination and alternates.
- Provide a 5-day updated & refined operating plan in coordination with commercial, Engineering, and other departments.
- Ensure A/C movement plan embraces the latest planned & unplanned changes of flights status during the 5-day control period of OCC and prior distribution to the system.
- Initiate necessary operational and commercial assessment to the operating plan and carry out all related changes in coordination with OCC Management to control cost & sustain schedule stability.
- Update Fleet Watch during morning shifts & report any discrepancies and deviations to OCC Management whenever occurred.
- Update seasonal RJ Schedules & incorporate same in OCC applicable systems.
- Exercise full control on variable cost through consistent coordination with Revenue Management & Commercial departments.
- Update Fleet Watch system in coordination with OCC Duty Manager whenever various changes occur.
- Provide all operational & logistical support for all Ad-hoc flights to a non-regular station.
