About the Job: The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering training programs for employees, ensuring all training activities are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This role involves close coordination with instructors, trainees, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of training plans and accurate record management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee the Training Plan, including course announcements, eligibility and trainee assignments.
Ensure the availability, readiness and compatibility of training rooms, equipment and training aids.
Arrange security passes for instructors and trainees as required.
Coordinate with instructors to prepare attendance sheets, training materials, exercises, assessments and post-training surveys.
Provide logistical support for external instructors, including transportation and daily meals.
Develop, update, and maintain the Training Plan in coordination with relevant departments.
Coordinate with departments to finalize training course details and schedules.
Identify mandatory training needs and ensure timely delivery of compulsory courses.
Maintain and update training records using the Oracle OLM.
Design monthly and yearly training calendars and adjust them as needed.
Ensure all training documentation is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
Handle financial processes related to training courses.
Collect and analyze training feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
Update employee files with relevant training records.
Prepare periodic reports on training activities.
About the Job
Licensed Aircraft Engineers are responsible for the release of an aircraft or its components after maintenance, within the extent of their authorization. They issue the Aircraft Certificate of Release to Service accordingly. The Certified Staff (C/S) must be able to determine when an aircraft is ready for release to service and when it should not be released.
Release the aircraft to service after the satisfactory completion of maintenance.
Guide and support mechanics during the performance of maintenance tasks.
Supervise maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations (repairs or modifications) performed by mechanics under their supervision, to the extent necessary to ensure proper execution.
Use methods, techniques, and practices prescribed in the current manufacturer’s maintenance manual or the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, or other methods acceptable to the authority.
Use tools, equipment, and test apparatus necessary to ensure the work is completed in accordance with accepted industry practices. If special equipment or test apparatus is recommended by the manufacturer, it must be used or substituted with an equivalent acceptable to the authority.
Complete all required maintenance within the available maintenance downtime.
Release maintenance documentation upon satisfactory completion of maintenance and ensure proper archiving of records.
Record maintenance details or make precise references in the aircraft technical log system.
Receive and verify completed maintenance documentation from Line Maintenance and Part-145 organizations
Ensure all tasks are properly recorded, complete, and compliant with regulatory and company standards.
Monitor and review completed Aircraft Technical Logs, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinate with relevant teams to correct any identified discrepancies.
Coordinate with Part-145 maintenance providers to correct document errors and ensure all maintenance records are current.
Update and maintain the aircraft maintenance system with approved data from maintenance providers to ensure real-time accuracy of aircraft airworthiness information.
Record and update Aircraft and Engine Logbooks following scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, preserving the accuracy of maintenance history and supporting asset value.
Compile, verify, and organize documentation required for Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) renewals in coordination with regulatory and internal stakeholders.
Secure archiving of all aircraft technical records to ensure traceability, accessibility, and compliance with retention requirements.
- Develop and enhance software programs based on the requirements and business needs
- Participate in the practical software and database designs that meets both business and technical requirements
- Participate in defining the software and database architecture for new solutions
- Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables
- Ensure error-free code within agreed timelines, using the tools, and techniques specified by the Project Manager
- Participate in the development and support of different in-house and 3rd party applications
- Prepare or assist in preparing the user experience (UX), mock-ups and user interface (UI)
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, jQuery, VB.net/C# and webservices
- Preferably Experience with MSSQL/TSQL, MVC, and WebApi

We are currently seeking customer-focused individuals to join our family as Flight Attendants who will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction for all Royal Jordanian passengers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats, helping with hand luggage or any seating problems.
- Making announcements and keeping passengers informed of any delays etc. and always being visible in the cabin to answer any passenger requests during the flight.
- Leading passengers in case of emergency and giving first aid to passengers when the need arises.
- Checking all passenger seat belts, check galleys and securing it before takeoff.
- Serving meals and refreshments to passengers as per company rules and regulations.
- Professionally demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use before every flight for all passengers
- Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, checking that all meals are on board (including special dietary requests), relevant landing cards are loaded, and first aid equipment is checked.
- Ensuring that passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers, toilets and galley areas.
- Completing all flights related paperwork e.g. (stock control, logging any faults or problems during the flight…etc.) and liaising with the ground staff
- Organizing and sorting export & import cargo documents compliance with cargo manifest & ensuring the registry of all reports in handling system & cargo revenue management.
- Receiving, reporting & investigating cargo discrepancies and liaising with concerned parties for proper resolving and action and proactively providing all needed updates to the customers on any related issue.
- Handling Civil, diplomatic, military & courier mail by receiving local and in-transit mail and arranging loading it on all departure flights.
- Performing all activities pertinent to transit & Amman Warehouse and ensuring a well physical conditions of warehouse and its equipment.
- Checking all incoming cargo AWBs and manifests and inserting all information of AWB into the computer and contacting cargo owners to inform them about the arrival of their shipments and issue delivery orders.
- Coordinating and preforming the operational function of transporting air export shipments from Amman to all accessible countries and positioning entails working directly with clients, agents and vendors to provide the highest level of services possible.
- Controlling and tracing all Dangerous goods & Special shipments, in addition to ensuring that all kind of Dangerous goods and Special shipments out of Amman are being accepted according to IATA rules and regulations.
