Job Description
- Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks across cargo operational areas.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and identify performance gaps.
- Utilize data analytics tools and statistical techniques to derive insights from operational data.
- Generate, compile, and distribute accurate performance reports and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Develop and present performance reports and insights to management .
- Measure and assess the effectiveness of ongoing and completed projects to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Provide performance feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to key business decisions by providing data-driven insights.
- Support various cross-functional projects and performance-related tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science or a related field.
