About the job
The holder of this position shall apply accounting principles to analyze past and present financial operations and present them to the Accounts Manager.
The Finance supervisor shall review the financial statements and records, follow up on financial matters with different parties, and aid in the computation of pay according to the company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cash deposit, control and creation of receipts vouchers, Sales via account transfer, Credit Cards, Bank guarantee and collection
- Sales reconciliation (cash, credit card, invoices) & Charter collection.
- Ensure that the purchase of items was executed in full compliance with both: the approved budget, and the by law regulations.
- Review the monthly expenses through expense trend analysis, expenses vertical and horizontal comparatives, cost driver test, etc...
- Ensure that entered bank statement into Oracle Cash Management does reconcile accounting records.
- Report Available receipts, payments, unreconciled statement lines & differences between Bank statements & GL
- Review station aging report.
- Engage in budget preparation & aware of the final approved budget.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
