Job Description

Job Description :

  • Perform inspection on the incoming components, parts, materials, tools, equipment, snf store them according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Perform Physical inspection of components, standard parts, and/or materials,
  • Determine the required storage conditions, including packaging for the inventory and monitor that such conditions are maintained.
  • Perform all routine maintenance and servicing on stored inventory as permitted as part of the manufacturer's storage procedures.
  • Set the shelf life program for stored inventory .
  • Implement the quarantine procedure for suspected and affected parts,
  • Report incoming inspection results to the logistics section as part of the supplier monitoring system.
  • Issue monthly reports on the inventory status with regard to shelf life and arrange with the concerned parties accordingly.
  • Maintain an accurate registry and reports of rejected parts and suspected parts.
