Sales & Call Centre Officer

Job Description

· Servicing incoming reservation calls and emails from direct customers , Agents & RJ Agent offices worldwide for all RJ services

· Delivering service quality to the highest level

· Issuing all passenger e-tickets and other customer documentation, to complete all customer bookings accurately.

· Maintain all operational aspects, which include no show actions, complaint handling, supplier communication, pre departure issues. In order to provide a seamless RJ booking service for passengers.

· Liaise with the Call center Operations Manager and supervisor to manage effective rosters to ensure that the Call Centre is sufficiently staffed to cope with required demand.

· Using initiative to continually recommend improvements to overall running of the Call Centre operation.
