About Us
Meet and Assist is a joint venture (JV) between Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) and Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) has been awarded a contract to develop, maintain, and provide Meet and Assist Services at the new Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) terminal in Amman.
The JV will be responsible for the following activities:
• Assist arriving, departing and transit passengers
• Develop Fast Track services (immigration and security)
• Trolley Management and Recycling
• Electric Buggy Services
• Porter Services
• Luggage Wrapping Services
• Visa-on-arrival
The JV is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Finance Director, with solid business acumen and management knowledge to lead the exciting new venture. Duties and responsibilities
• Handle full set of accounts independently;
• Monitor daily operation of finance and accounting functions;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, forecast and budget to the senior management and regional office in HK;
• Set up Accounting system and internal control policy;
• Liaise with the external professionals on company secretarial, tax compliance and audit matters ;
• Ability to work closely with the management team.
Skills
Job Qualifications:
• Qualified or Semi-Qualified Accountant or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Accounting system set up is an advantage, but not a must.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good communication skill, mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks under tight schedules.
