About the Role:
The role involves carrying out ground handling activities for Royal Jordanian in conformity with company policies, rules, and regulations, as well as compliance with local civil aviation regulations and other regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the duties pertaining to passenger’s check-in and acceptance, boarding, load control, flight coordinator, flight control, ticketing, baggage services.
- Adhering to safety and security regulations.
- Adhering to uniform and grooming regulations.
- Checking the serviceability of check-in counters.
- Displaying RJ brands and related signage as required.
- Displaying the required security and safety notifications.
- Furnishing check-in counters with the required labels, voucher, etc.
- Ensuring security of documents and information from unauthorized use in accordance with the set regulations and regulatory requirements.
General & Administrative:
- Reporting any discrepancy related to the operation.
- Performing any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Station Manager.
