Job Description
- Monitor bus movements using transportation orders, route plans, and the GPS tracking system to ensure timely and efficient crew transportation.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize daily transportation schedules for cabin crew in accordance with approved crew rosters.
- Adjust and update transportation schedules in response to roster amendments, flight delays, operational disruptions, or other changes.
- Coordinate closely with Inflight Services, Crew Scheduling, and other operational departments to ensure uninterrupted crew transportation, particularly in cases of cabin crew no-shows or last-minute roster changes.
- Communicate with cabin crew members regarding bus arrival times, pickup locations, schedule changes, and transportation updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports, including vehicle movement, crew transportation statistics, delays, and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate transportation records and ensure timely documentation of operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Perform any other transportation-related duties assigned by the Transportation Manager.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerized scheduling systems.
- Planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when operationally required.
