Key Responsibilities:
- Manage application instance configurations and enterprise applications.
- Maintain application metadata, including provisioning configurations, domains, and application components.
- Oversee setup metadata such as offerings, options, features, setup tasks, and task lists.
- Utilize functional user overview and manage assigned tasks and task lists.
- Administer sandbox /Redwood environments and configure help system settings.
- Define endpoint and security policy information.
- Grant search framework manager permissions.
- Support and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosted components.
- Provide escalated technical support for sophisticated technical issues, including problem management cases and management status reporting.
- Manage the upgrade and updates scheduled or ad-hoc by Oracle on testing and production environments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
- Experience with managing system configurations and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications environment, including security, monitoring, logging, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with functional setup objects and manage data for configuration set migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sophisticated technical issues.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
