Job Description
- Lead regular sales and route performance reviews with international station sales teams to assess current performance and develop action plans.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and route performance to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive strategic projects focused on international sales development and market penetration.
- Align sales strategies with broader commercial goals in collaboration with area managers and regional sales leaders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, route performance, and capacity utilization to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with revenue management teams to align pricing strategies with market demand and company objectives.
- Coordinate with network planning to ensure capacity allocation aligns with demand forecasts and operational feasibility.
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns to increase demand, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market share on specific routes.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent Follow up and organizational skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal & Communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, etc.)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis or a related field
