Job Description
Job Purpose:
Ensuring that all Royal Jordanian Cabin Attendants are delivering highly professional services to all its’ passengers according to the preset standards both on ground and on board by coordinating and developing Service Training programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the review of training materials used in Cabin Crew service training courses and assist in the production and amendment of any service-related training materials.
- Ensure that all related documented standard practices are in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards and in response to the changing needs of the business.
- Participate in the assessment of the performance of the service courses through accurate evaluation and testing techniques.
- Ensure that all standards and requirements on Cabin Crew service training are completed and fully complied with.
- Participate in the process of evaluating, developing and managing service training programs to ensure high quality of services
- Participate in Business Class Cabin Crew onboard service standards training.

- Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) skills
Education
Business Administration or any related field.
