Job Description

  • Book and process cargo requests (airway bill, weight, dimensions, destination,
    delivery date, commodity) after verifying aircraft space availability.
  • Handle customer calls, process valuable shipment bookings, and confirm
    reservations according to flight capacity.
  • Announce available cargo space on freighter and passenger aircraft to agents,
    outstations, and handling partners.
  • Manage offloaded cargo, communicate reasons and forwarding details to
    concerned parties.
  • Work to achieve sales revenue and financial targets.
  • Maintain close communication and follow-up with agents, freight forwarders, and potential customers.
  • Analyze cargo volumes and boost sales on underperforming routes.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market conditions to improve RJ’s services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales channels and market reach.
