Job Description

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing Royal Jordanian customers' inquiries, concerns, and service requests with accurate information and effective solutions.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails while upholding the highest standards of customer care.

  • Support travel agents by assisting with special service requests for their clients.

  • Provide detailed and accurate information on flights, routes, schedules, and fare options.

  • Issue tickets in accordance with customer requirements to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of travel needs.

  • Assist customers in resolving baggage-related issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Actively promote and upsell additional RJ products and services to enhance the customer experience.

 

Skills

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a shift schedule with multiple shifts.
  • The ability to maintain a professional attitude under high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Experience in Amadeus Ticketing & Reservation System is a plus
