About the Job
The Aviation Fleet Insurance Senior Officer is responsible for administering all insurance related matters for the airline’s aircraft fleet. The role ensures accurate calculation of insurance premiums, compliance with policy terms, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal departments, insurers, brokers, and other concerned parties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in all aviation fleet insurance activities, including policy administration and compliance monitoring.
- Assist in calculating, reviewing, and tracking aircraft insurance premiums in line with fleet changes, utilization, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate insurance coverage activities related to aircraft induction, leasing, redelivery, and fleet transitions.
- Ensure fleet changes are communicated in a timely manner to insurers and brokers.
- Follow up with internal departments and external parties (insurers, brokers, lessors, finance, and operations) on insurance-related matters.
- Manage aircraft insurance documentation, certificates, endorsements, and policy records.
- Monitor policy coverage limits, deductibles, renewals, and claims-related requirements.
- Support the preparation and submission of insurance data, reports, and renewal documentation.
- Assist in the handling and follow-up of insurance claims in coordination with insurers, brokers, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with aviation authority, lessor, and contractual insurance requirements.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with aviation regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Insurance & Risk Management or a related field.
