The Appearance and Dress Code Senior Officer is responsible for ensuring and maintaining Royal Jordanian’s grooming, appearance, and uniform standards across all frontline teams. they Conduct appearance inspections, provide guidance and feedback, and supports grooming initiatives to ensure a consistent, polished, and professional brand image.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and random grooming inspections.
- Deliver coaching and constructive feedback.
- Organize and conduct grooming, etiquette, wellness, and image awareness sessions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
- Document observations, trends, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate grooming and image standards
- Participate in audits, special projects, and corporate initiatives.
- Recommend enhancements aligned with aviation and hospitality best practices.
