About the Job
The role is responsible for supporting key accounting activities across the organization, contributing to the preparation of accurate, complete, and timely financial information in compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies. The role will operate within a designated accounting function, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately within the general ledger and relevant sub-ledgers.
- Prepare and support bank, general ledger, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes, including reconciliations and control checks.
- Assist in fixed assets, inventory, and lease accounting activities, as applicable
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and audit support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and company procedures.
- Support tax-related accounting requirements, where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.

- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a structured, multi-layered accounting environment
