Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as front line employees to look after all passengers before having their boarding passes in addition to all transit passengers.
- Manage passenger’s baggage in order to provide them with all instructions and rules
- reserving seat space for passengers on Royal Jordanian Flights,
- providing customer services and assist passengers in their needs,
- Check In / Bording
- health, visa and passport checks,
Work on shifts bases A, B & C
Location : QAIA Airport
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to work on a shift-basis
- Good Command of English.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft: Excel, Win Word).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
Education
B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, Languages or equivalent
